Description：

Precision casting is a less-cutting or non-cutting process that produces higher dimensional accuracy and better surface than traditional casting process, such as sand casting. Dewaxing is one of the typical method of prevision casting. The pattern was firstly made by wax and then the wax is melted to achieve the cavities. This process may control shapes and materials flexibly.

Advantage：

①　Due to mold integraty, even complex shapes may achieve high dimensional accuracy.

②　The mold can be made flexibly according to the products shapes or material.

③　Since the parts can be integrated directly instead of welding and assembling, the number of separated parts can be reduced so as to save the cost.

Process：
